Action for Economic Reforms together with Economic Policy Reform and Advocacy (EPRA) and the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) will be holding a public hearing on the proposed amendments to the Build-Operate-Transfer — Implementing Rules and Regulations (BOT-IRR) on May 10, 2007, Thursday, 1:00 pm-6:00 pm at the Garden Ballroom of EDSA Shangri-la Hotel, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Interested parties will be accommodated on a first-come-first-serve basis and are requested to address a formal letter to NEDA indicating their participation on or before 04 May 2007.
