How will the Mandanas-Garcia ruling take effect this year? Ahead of its implementation, COLLABDEV initiated a forum on how key stakeholders, on the national and local level, will work hand-in-hand to execute the new policy.
Last October 2021, government agency leaders and academics discussed the framework of the devolution plan together with agriculture officers of municipalities and farmers and fishermen who in return raised the implications and considerations for the execution of the plan. In their collaboration, they envision a synergistic transition and administration of the new agricultural structure of the national and local government.
