On the occasion of the 2nd National Assembly of COLLABDev, local coalitions of LGUs, CSOs and SUCs from 10 sites, partners and supporters, celebrated their efforts and gains in putting an end to guess work by using data to drive development. The achievements are still small such as mapping business establishments in some barangays or putting together a tourism plan. But all are of one mind that data appreciation will lead to better policy making, better governance and will contribute to achieving larger aspirations.
