This program aims to promote human-centered data-driven development in the country through which the local actors (the local government units, the academe and civil society organizations) will have increased power to improve their own communities by enhancing the data capacities of local government units and their partner organizations.

Development Data Lab

Develops the capacities of partners on data-to-evidence initiatives in data collection, management, and analysis.

Policy Development Lab

Provides technical assistance to partners in transforming data into plans, programs and projects based on their priority focus areas or themes Produces policy notes and guidelines on the implementation of data-driven approaches.

Partnerships Lab

Leads in organizing and strengthening local coalitions and  forges linkages with policy groups, data and technical partners in government and the private sector.
