PH3D aims to champion people centered data-driven development in the Philippines by using data-informed and technology-enabled participatory decision making to address issues in local development.

Policy Making

PH3D is a partnership initiative of Action for Economic Reforms (AER) and the European Union to promote
people-centered, data-driven development in the Philippines.  PH3D will collaborate with four Local Government Units across Luzon and Visayas to design tech-powered provinces/cities ready for the data revolution.
