Nasa Isip Lamang

This paper, written in Filipino, presents a cultural definition of
poverty. It describes the various ways Filipinos adapt to poverty in
order not to feel desolate. It begins with the assertion that Filipinos
do not want to feel desolate. The paper points out that for the poor,
poverty is a state of mind. In the process Filipinos have become so
accustomed to poverty, that it had been deeply internalized.

pakiramdam at isipan o isang state of mind.
ganito o konting ganyan. Nasa dugo ng Pilipino yang pag-iisip na yan;
isa na itong kaugalian
